Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Our high-fired ceramics are durable, but we recommend hand-washing to preserve the hand-painted glazes. Pieces with bronze or gold accents should not be microwaved.
Is each mug truly one of a kind?
Yes. Because glazes are applied by hand and react uniquely in the kiln, no two mugs are identical — every piece carries its own variations in color and texture.
Are the glazes food-safe?
All Aura Editions mugs are finished with lead-free, food-safe glazes fused to the ceramic body at temperatures exceeding 2,200°F.
