Returns & Damaged Items

If you are not completely happy, most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is arranged by the customer; original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method.

Because our artisan bookmarks are one-of-a-kind, hand-painted originals, they are non-returnable and non-refundable — with one exception: if a bookmark arrives damaged, we will make it right.

We pack everything with great care, but if your order arrives damaged, email hello@auraeditionsco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping for damaged goods.

Bespoke, made-to-order commissions are final sale and cannot be returned, except in the case of damage in transit as described above.
